Pool Club & Wellness – Guest Safety Agreement
By booking and accessing the Pool Club & Wellness facilities at Rox Resort, I confirm that I have read and understood the safety information provided.
I acknowledge that the facilities include wet areas, pools, stairs and other surfaces that may become slippery. I agree to exercise appropriate care, follow all safety instructions and signage, use handrails where provided, and follow instructions from Rox Resort employees.
I understand that participation and use of the facilities involves inherent risks, including slips, falls and other accidents, and I voluntarily accept these risks.
I agree to take responsibility for my own safety and, where applicable, the safety and supervision of any children or persons in my care.
I understand that Rox Resort cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from my failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of the facilities, or risks inherent to the use of the facilities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
